Petri ES Auto

The Petri ES Auto is a 35mm SLR camera introduced by Petri Camera Co. in 1974, produced until 1976. It was positioned as an entry-level camera for the consumer market, offering automatic exposure control (a key feature for its time) in a compact and relatively affordable package. Targeted at amateur photographers looking for convenience without complexity, it featured a fixed 50mm f/2.8 Petri Hexanon lens and a simple yet functional design typical of budget Japanese SLRs of the era.
